Liau Estate Homes is a family business that comes from humble beginnings.
We started of by buying and selling land in 1982 in Australia, and from there we went into renovations, building, and property maintenance and in 1985 completed our first major renovation.
By 1991, we undertook our 1st development project, which was a 112 unit block of medium cost apartments. And in 1994, we started building and specializing in niche high end boutique bungalows. Our most recent development in 2007 is in UK Heights, Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
